After a lot of thought, I've made the difficult decision to close Alii's Paw Spa after Labor Day as my family and I prepare to move out of the area.

This wasn't an easy decision because this little business has meant so much to me. It has been such an honor to care for your sweet pups over the years. Thank you for trusting me with your furry family members, supporting my small business, recommending me to your friends and family, and allowing me to build so many wonderful relationships along the way.

Every wagging tail, happy face, and kind word has meant more than you'll ever know. I'll truly miss seeing all of my amazing clients—both two-legged and four-legged.

If your pup is due for grooming before I close, please reach out soon to get on my schedule. My final day accepting appointments will be after Labor Day.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this journey so special. I will always be grateful for your support, and I wish you and your pups nothing but the very best.

Starting Monday the 18th, our home will be undergoing renovations. Because I work directly out of my home, I will be temporarily limiting my grooming hours and availability during this time due to the constant traffic of workers in and out throughout the day.

I will still be accepting appointments, but scheduling may be a little more limited than usual and response times may occasionally be slower. I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through this temporary adjustment.

Many of you know me through my grooming business, but today I’m asking for a little personal help.

Last Friday night, my sweet cat was attacked by a dog and suffered very serious injuries, including a broken hip and a fractured spine. She is currently receiving veterinary care and will need surgery to have a chance at recovery.

The cost of her treatment is unfortunately very high, so I’ve started a GoFundMe to help with her medical expenses. If anyone is able to donate, share, or simply keep her in your thoughts, it would mean the world to my family and me.
