Pawsitive Shenanigans I’ve always been driven by service—especially to four-legged friends. Indy the loyal Vizsla and Mr. Liam the mischievous Aussie rescue.

I design and sell stylish dog bowties, bandanas, jewelry, and clothing inspired by my own pups, Ms. After relocating from Southern California to Jacksonville, I brought with me a lifelong commitment to service shaped by 25 years in law enforcement and a deep dedication to community. Public service is a family value—my son, James, made a career in the United States Army and currently resides in Europe for his final deployment with his family. I’m also a proud grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren. Today, I am a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in Northeast Florida, with 18 years of experience helping clients navigate their real estate journeys. I’ve been honored to be voted “Best Realtor” two consecutive years in Jacksonville, and I host “Rapid Fire Real Estate with Anita Hiles” every Saturday at 11 a.m. on WBOB 101.1 FM & 600 AM, where I discuss all things real estate. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, Ms. Indy, my loyal Vizsla, and Liam, my spirited Australian Shepherd rescue. With a lifelong passion and a heart for dogs, I design and create dog bowties as a relaxing hobby, and I also offer bandanas, jewelry, and clothing for pups of all personalities. Starting tomorrow, October 1st, our furry friends are welcome on the sand at at ANY time of day through March 31st! 🎉

Before you grab the leash and head out to enjoy the cooler weather, please make sure you follow these important year-round safety rules to keep the beach fun for everyone:

📏 Keep it short: Dogs must be on a leash that is 8 feet or shorter at all times.

💉 Stay updated: You must carry proof of a valid rabies vaccination.

💩 Scoop the p**p: Always clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

🚫 Protect the dunes: Keep your pups completely off the dunes to protect the local wildlife.
