Big Congratulations to Blueridge Rising Son on his Reserve Championship in halter at the recent Carolina Welsh Club show! It was Remy's first show and his owner reports that he had the highest score in the in-hand halter out of 15 entries. She also stated that "We were delighted to see him follow in his sire's footsteps, totally "Acing" the trail obstacles," in the in-hand trail class!

Remy's sire, Blueridge Rising Star, aka "Rudy," won Supreme Champion in halter at the show and also attended his first Western Dressage show this weekend. His first Level 1 test was 66.41, achieving two 8s on movements.

Way to go team Dartland Farms! Looking forward to seeing the boys back in the ring this year! 💜

RosMel's Star Brite is the matron with the mostest here! Huge thank you to Lauren for her "Spa Day!" She fell asleep while Lauren fixed her mane up, no doubt she was in pony heaven with the attention. Star Brite is the most loving, people-oriented pony I have met, and she has always passed it on. She is the last of the "original" ponies that came with us from Texas when we moved to North Carolina. She has been with us since she was 3-years-old, and to say Star Brite has been a good producer for us would be an understatement.
