LOW-COST CANINE LUMP & BUMP SCREENING DAY OCTOBER 17, 2026
Have you found a lump or bump on your dog?
Green Meadow Veterinary Hospital is offering a special VISTA iQ Screening Day to make checking canine lumps and bumps affordable and easy.
$20 per lump scanned
Dogs do not need to be established Green Meadow Veterinary Hospital patients to participate.
VISTA iQ is a quick, non-invasive screening technology designed specifically for lumps and bumps on dogs. A small patch of hair is clipped over the lump, and the scan itself takes about 40 seconds.
The person bringing the dog will receive a copy of the VISTA iQ results before leaving so the results can be taken back to the dog's regular veterinarian.
Is your dog a good candidate?
VISTA iQ may be a good option if your dog has:
A lump or bump in the skin or immediately beneath the skin
A new lump you have recently noticed
A lump that has changed in size or appearance
A lump that has been present for a while but has never been tested
A lump that has been assumed to be a fatty lump or lipoma but has never been evaluated
Not every lump can be scanned.
VISTA iQ generally cannot be used for:
Mammary masses
Testicular masses
Lymph nodes
Internal masses
Lumps very close to the eye
Open, ulcerated, bleeding, scabbed, infected or severely inflamed lumps
Some lumps in difficult locations may also be unsuitable if the scanner cannot make good contact with the skin.
VISTA iQ is currently for DOGS ONLY.
What happens during the screening?
We locate the lump and make sure it can be scanned.
A small area of hair is clipped over and around the lump.
The VISTA iQ scanner is placed against the skin for approximately 40 seconds.
The scan is analyzed.
You leave with a copy of the results to share with your dog's veterinarian.
