This boy has been in training to be my helper since he was born - literally went with me on visits when he was 5 days old. Now at 21 months old he’s walking our tiniest FIPS Family pup!

Please welcome Gracen and Tux to the FIPS Family! We had our first visit last night and these boys (they are brothers from the same litter) and they were just so so sweet. They enjoyed lots of neck scratches, their dinner, and playing sigh some toys. I look forward to visiting them the next few evenings 😊

Just a reminder on holiday booking deadlines for guaranteed spots.

As summer dwindles away, we get closer and closer to the “Ber” months. I don’t know about you but I wish that was more like the “Brrrr” months because it’s been 🔥🥵.

With the “Ber” months comes all of the major holidays which are the busiest time of the year for me. This is your reminder to book ASAP if you are planning to travel for any of the holidays! They will be upon us before you know it and as you all know - I had a baby boy in 2025. This will be his first year of big holidays where he is actually more aware of what’s going on so I want to ensure I can find a good balance between family time and caring for your fur babies with the dedication they too, deserve.

I am setting booking deadlines again this year so I can plan family time around my bookings ahead of time. Of course if something happens last minute I am more than happy to jump in to help but please know that bookings made after the posted deadlines will have to be catered around my family plans vs. catering my family plans around my bookings. I hope this is understandable! I have marked most of them as within 2-3 weeks of the specific holidays so that gives ample time to get scheduled for drop-in visits or boarding.

🥂 New Year’s Eve/Day booking deadline is 12/20

‼️‼️ Reminder: bookings that take place during the week of major holidays (weeks run Monday-Sunday for my purposes) have an additional, one time holiday booking fee. Even if you do not book the actual day of the holiday, if it falls within that week, the fee will be added. These are prime spots and I willingly reduce the time spent with my family to provide the care for your babies so you can spend the time with yours. This holiday fee is non-negotiable. ($25 per pet)‼️‼️

The hardest part about loving a fur baby is the moment you have to say goodbye. The last 17.5 years have been an adventure Sophie girl.

Thank you for being there for me and always being the best lap kitty and cuddle bug. You saw me through the lowest of lows and highest of highs. Thank you for loving Noah too. Your patience with him while he pulled your ears, tail, and anything else he could clamp his little hands onto, was unmatched.

I’m so thankful I adopted that sick little kitten when I was just 18 years old. They called me the day before you were supposed to come home and asked if I still wanted you because of you becoming ill. Not that I would have ever changed my mind, but I’m so glad I said yes. I have so many happy memories that will be with me forever. The unconditional love you showed me - and probably only me until Noah came into the picture - could never be replaced. Love you So-So. Now go play with Lorenzo in kitty heaven. I know he’s missed you 🌈🩷🪽
