Beautiful mottled duck in progress:
Mottled ducks are found along the Gulf Coast and South Atlantic area. The mottled duck is known for his rich brown coat, and yellow beak. The black spot on the tip of the beak is a unique identifying feature of mottled ducks.

Sorry if I have been a little quiet the last few days.. My wife and I were busy hanging out with the grandkids. Bella and "Grammy/Stacy ' finally finished the diamond art horse project.. WE wont mention how long they have been working on it..but persistence paid off.
We also went to the historical Starke Twin Theater (first opened in 1941) to watch Sheep Detectives!
So many great memories made!

Having 8 mounts lined up to start is a blessing I never take for granted.. Every mount I do I reflect on the honor that I was chosen to preserve a special memory for that person/family.
