As a very busy veterinary hospital, our mornings can be especially hectic, and we understand how frustrating it can be to call and experience a long hold time. We want you to know that we hear you, we understand your frustration, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Our team works hard every day to balance a high volume of phone calls with the needs of the patients in our care. While the phones may be ringing nonstop, we are also caring for sick and injured pets, assisting clients in person, coordinating treatments, and making sure every patient receives the attention they deserve.

Please know that long wait times are never intentional, and we are doing our very best to answer every call and help every client as quickly as possible. There is only so much our team can do at one time, and we appreciate your kindness and understanding during our busiest hours.

We are grateful for the trust you place in us to care for your beloved pets. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially during the busiest parts of our day. Our team is made up of people who genuinely care, and we are all working toward the same goal: providing the best possible care for your furry family members 🐾

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed that day.

We honor the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, medical personnel, and countless civilians who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We also remember the brave search-and-rescue dogs who worked alongside their handlers, searching through the rubble and bringing comfort and hope when it was needed most. ❤️

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the strength and compassion that brought people together.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸🐾

❤️BLANKET DONATION❤️

If you have any clean, gently used blankets you no longer need, we would be incredibly thankful for the donation! Blankets help to provide much needed comfort for our end of life appointments and post operative patients.

Just a few guidelines:
~ Blankets only - please no comforters, they're very hard on our washer & dryer.
~ No blankets with strings or anything that can be easily chewed or tangled.

Thank you for helping us provide comfort to our patients in some of their hardest moments! ❤️‍🩹

Between the holiday weekend and an unexpected power outage, our schedule took a bit of a detour.

If your pet’s appointment was affected, don’t worry—we’ll be reaching out as soon as we can to get everyone rescheduled. Our phones (and coffee) are back in action, and we’re working our way through the list as quickly as possible.
