🥳 High Country Humane Highlight! 🥳
Looking for a young dog to join you on life’s adventures? 7 month old Sif would love to be your new sidekick! She has the sweetest personality and can’t wait to meet you.

Sif is about 40lbs, potty trained, and good with other dogs! Just make sure to do a meet n greet first before adopting. She may be young, but she’s already a pro at walking politely on the leash and knows ‘sit.’ Who knows what else she can learn with her new family!

Sif is currently in an adoptable foster home! If you’re interested in meeting her, please contact our foster department at [email protected]. To see all adoptable pets, programs, and services, visit www.highcountryhumane.org.

🐾🥰 MICO! 🥰🐾
Look at this handsome fella! This little trouble maker charmed every single one of us, and he was SO brave for his x-rays! We have a feeling we'll be seeing Mico a little too often as he grows up... 😉

🥳 Highlight! 🥳

This rainy Flagstaff weather gives us the perfect opportunity to introduce you to a cozy couch companion named Misty!

This 5 year old girl was abandoned by her previous guardians and came to our shelter underweight and nervous of the world around her. With patience and love from our teams, Misty gained back her confidence. Now, she is feeling better, looking great, and ready to meet her next family!

Misty is looking to be the center of attention with you, no other dogs please! We also believe a home with no young kids would make her feel safest. She can get a little overwhelmed by lots of commotion! She is potty trained, food motivated, and working hard on her leash skills. This fluffy queen can't wait to leave the shelter and be surrounded by LOVE.

Come meet Misty at High Country Humane Main Campus, located at 11665 N. Highway 89 in Flagstaff, AZ. The shelter is open from 11am-5pm, Thursday through Tuesday, and closed on Wednesdays. To see all adoptable pets, programs, and services, visit www.highcountryhumane.org.

Do you have a black couch in your living room? Would it look ten times better with a matching dog curled up on it? Then Riley might be the perfect girl for you!

This sweet Great Dane originally came to our shelter a few months ago. She was adopted to a loving home, but sadly returned to us after issues with the other dog in the home arose. Now, Riley is looking for a family where she can be the center of attention, the only pet!

At 2 years old and 100lbs, this goofy gal is fully house trained and never had accidents. She previously lived with both adult men/women and a 10 year old child, but she can be nervous around men she doesn't know yet. Riley knows many commands like: sit, spin, down, stay and she walks well on a leash. She is described as: talkative, affectionate, playful, a lap dog, active, and a bit of a clown.

Come meet Riley at High Country Humane Main Campus, located at 11665 N. Highway 89 in Flagstaff, AZ. The shelter is open from 11am-5pm, Thursday through Tuesday, and closed on Wednesdays. To see all adoptable pets, programs, and services, visit www.highcountryhumane.org.
