Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11th. We hold their families and loved ones in our hearts, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the first responders who showed incredible bravery.

On this day of remembrance, we also want to honor the hundreds of search and rescue and other service dogs, who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero, the Pentagon, and Shanksville. These loyal animals gave comfort, hope, and unwavering support when we needed it most.

We are in the middle of a terrible fox tail season. Can you see them in the back of this poor dogs throat? We've had them in the nose, the toes, the eyes, the ears and elsewhere, even causing abscesses under the skin. Please be on the lookout for those nasty, pokey grasses and keep your dogs from chewing on them!
