Stray HELP We provide humane education to the community. RR219 We work with members of the community to help cats in need.

We strive to protect and improve the lives of homeless free-roaming community cats and promote the benefits of spay/neuter as the primary way humans can assist cats to live healthier and safer lives. We conduct trap/neuter/return and place projects and train home and business owners on how to properly care for free-roaming cats on their property and in their neighborhoods. We focus in southern Dut

chess County but help people throughout Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange counties by connecting them with local rescues that can work with them, loaning equipment, coordinating spay/neuter clinics and offering guidance.
