Life has kept us out of the woods for a long while, but we finally got back at it today! It’s been a long time since we’ve done any real training, but Millie didn’t miss a beat.

Her ​first real drop and she treed twice in just 20 minutes. I was too focused on working the tree to worry about the camera, so no pics today. 🤷‍♂️ One squirrel slipped into a den, but we managed to knock the other one out to her. Proud of this dog—good to be back at it!

CreekView Millie is our new addition from Mtn State Kennels. Going to be a fun seeing how this girl turns out this season as we have high expectations for her. Love what we are seeing out of her so far.

Rest in peace old girl, it was one heck of a ride. Cloud was as top notch as they come.and will be greatly missed here.

Been a long time for any updates and pups due to time and unforeseen circumstances but new and exciting things are coming up in the near future as we ramp back up.

Might as well get a little training in while at the campground. Gracie having a blast this morning. Luckily we have not been "talked to" yet this trip about her treeing.

Had to leave the "crazy" that is going on in this world for a little while and find some normal again. Not to mention being extremely stir crazy....

Funny how just sitting on a stump, watching your favorite 4 legged hunting partner work in the midday sun, and just listening to nothing but the normal sound of the woods just feels as all is right and normal in the world. Next to God, Family, and Good Friends, nothing more right in this world than this.
