Love this! We have a great group!!!

Green flags in your barn mates. 🟢🐴

The people you surround yourself with matter. They should celebrate your wins, make the hard days more fun, and want to see you succeed without needing your success to be smaller than theirs.

And honestly, I think these green flags apply just as well outside the barn.

Also, this photo pretty much sums it up. ❤️ Huge thanks to Tess Kirsity with National Horseman for capturing such an awesome moment. 📸

How to NOT Annoy the Judge: What We Care About Edition 🏆

Let’s start with things we do not care about: We don’t know what you paid for your horse. We don’t care where you placed last week. We don’t know whether your suit is custom, how your horse is bred, or who told you that you should have won. 🤷‍♀️

And we don’t need to know.

Here’s what we do care about:
What we do notice is how you enter the ring. Your confidence. Your preparation. Your presentation. Your sportsmanship. And most importantly, the condition and care of your horse. 🐴✨

Your résumé doesn’t enter the ring with you.

We can only judge what you show us today. 📝

Come horse shopping and then stop in town for a delicious lunch!!!

A little introduction to the face behind Milano. 🤍🇮🇹

Owning Milano has been so much more than running a restaurant. It’s been years of hard work, long days, lessons learned, memories made, and getting to know so many wonderful people along the way.

One of my favorite things about this business is seeing families come through our doors, celebrating birthdays, date nights, milestones, or simply sitting down together for dinner. That’s exactly what I’ve always wanted Milano to be, a place that feels welcoming and brings people together.

I’m so grateful for everyone who continues to support Milano, recommend us, bring your families in, and choose to support a local business. It truly means more than you know.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Kayla, and I can’t wait to welcome you to Milano. 🤍🍝
