Frequently asked questions! So let’s get them answered🖤
Where does my dog stay when they are with you?
- Most of our clients stay in the dog barn with access to outside 24/7. These are large personal kennels with heat & AC. Although we do have a handful who stay in our home with us. These dogs are good with our own pets, have house manners, & are potty trained. Whether your dog stays in the dog barn or our home we try to ensure they are all comfortable while their parents are away!
What is their day to day like?
- Open dog barn at 7:30 am (potty time + run around while I prepare their breakfast)
- Hang out for the rest of the morning while I get other things done
- Mid day we get them out to run around and plan fetch, go for a walk, or run on the canal.
- 6:00 pm prepare their dinner
- 9:00 pm potty walk and stretch legs
- 9:30 pm close up barn for the night 💤
What if my dog doesn’t like other dogs?
- No worries we can work around it! We will do one on one walks and play time to ensure your dog still gets Royal treatment with their safety our #1 priority!
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
- YES! We only allow dogs who are fully vaccinated to stay at our kennel. This ensures the health of your pet and our other clients as well.
What if my dog can’t be off leash?
- That’s okay too! We will do walks on leash & also have a yard area for them to play that is fully enclosed 6 ft tall chain link.
My dog takes medicine can you give that? Or a special diet / feeding instructions?
- ABSOLUTELY! I understand dogs need to stay on their medication while they are with us, I will give that at what ever time you need me to. I will also stick to the strict schedule to ensure your dogs health and routine. If you add extras, treats, chews, etc i’m happy to give those! I understand what it’s like to LOVE your pup! And keeping the routine as much to normal as I can will help your pup feel more comfortable!
If anyone has any other questions please feel free to reach out! We want you and your pup to feel right at home with us.
