This week, we'll be offering limited walk-in wellness appointments on:
📅 Tuesday, August 4
📅 Thursday, August 6

Because space is extremely limited, we recommend arriving at 7:30 a.m. (without your pet) to receive a number. Then, return at 10:00 a.m. with your pet for check-in. Check-in will take place in numerical order, and patients will be seen throughout the day as they are worked in between scheduled wellness appointments.

💜 Want to reserve a spot instead? Wellness reservations can be made online at CarolHousePetClinic.org/stl. A reservation holds your place for that day, although it does not guarantee you will be seen at that exact time.

📞 If you don't see any availability online within the next two weeks, please give us a call at 314-771-7387 and we'll be happy to help schedule your pet.

Kiwi's first pool day was a little more "toe dip" than "splash zone"... 💦🐾
But hey, we're proud of her for trying!

Today is and we couldn't celebrate without Kiwi!!

Kiwi is a 6-month-old Lab/Pit mix who has been growing up at our shelter since arriving back in April, and we'd love to see her spend the rest of her puppyhood in a home of her own.

This smart, energetic girl would thrive with an active family who can keep her body and brain busy with daily exercise, adventures, and puzzle toys. 🧩

🚨URGENT NEED FOR FOSTERS AND ADOPTERS! 🚨

The summer months continue to bring a serious increase in animal intakes and our shelter is full once again 😥

📢 There are more than 180 dogs in our shelter right now 📢

While not all of those pups are able to leave our shelter today, the majority of them can leave, some via foster only, as soon as this afternoon. We have so many amazing pets who are stuck in this unfortunate situation. But the bright side is that we can surely help find the perfect pup for any home! 🐾

This is an emergency that will only get better with support from the community. 🙏

If you're thinking of adopting, our team will work with you to find the best fit, make sure your new pup will get along with any current pets in the home, and get you all set up with food, a new leash, a collar, and more!

If adopting is too much of a commitment, please consider fostering a dog today! Our foster program is always FREE. We provide food, a crate, and vet care during the foster duration.
