We had so much fun today on our hike for our Training & Exploration Day. So much fulfillment for these dogs getting to run off leash, sniff and do dog stuff.

There were 12 dogs that came today! August, Winston, Otis, Elliot, Willa, Shade, Vortex, Uprise, Revolution, Oath, Whirlwind and Relic.

We have one more opportunity for Einstein alumni dogs to take advantage of these days… on Monday! There’s 2 spots left!

We only had 2 puppies today, but they still had a blast!

Gus is a hard little worker, and will do anything for food. He had a great time working in shaping the heel position today.

Aeri graduated! She worked on all the things we taught over the last 6 weeks, including leash walking, holding her sit and down position, recall, and settle. She’s off to a great start!

Our Day Train dogs worked so hard today!!

We have 2 sets of 2 dog households today — Kinsley & Cooper, and Alvin & Bailey. Both sets of dogs worked on their leash walking together, which is a huge step for them!

Cassian and Mya worked on increasing their distractions working together in the front of the building. Both dogs did great with their obedience and ignoring each other!

Our foundation dogs did very well at Day Train yesterday as well.

We started heavy distractions with Mazie and Dash, working on their obedience together in the front of the building. They did well ignoring each other and working hard on their tasks.

Peanut also worked on distractions, but she just worked on lower distraction — working outside but by herself, no other dogs just yet. She did so well keeping focus on her handler and ignoring everything else going on out there.

Mya also had a lot of fun working on her foundation training yesterday, beginning box work and loose leash walking foundation.

Sorry for the delay of yesterday’s videos.. we were having some trouble with the phone saving the edited videos!

Here’s a few clips of our field trip dogs at Day Train!

Molly went to Magoos Pet Outlet and did so well for her first trip out. She was very confident, even though she was out in the big scary world.

We also took Ruby to the pet supplies pet store, and she did very well in the store, even doing recalls down the aisle.

Today we introduced front foot touch on a bowl, working on lateral movement with the back feet. This will translate into teaching a heel pivot! Otis, Bailee and Moose all thought it was silly, but anything for a snack!!

PUPPY TRAINING THAT FITS YOUR SCHEDULE!

Bringing home a puppy is exciting… but between work, kids, and everyday life, finding time for puppy classes can feel impossible! And let’s be honest, your puppy needs more than just playtime to grow into a well mannered, confident companion.

That’s exactly why we created our Puppy Day Camp Package at Einstein Dog Training!

Here’s what’s included:

➡️ Once weekly puppy day camp with our experienced trainers
➡️ A 6 week online puppy class you can complete on YOUR schedule
➡️ Mental stimulation, structured training, and appropriate social interaction
➡️ Practical skills you can continue working on at home

We work on the corresponding weekly skills you’re working on in your class. Skills practiced are potty training, sit, place, down, duration holding position, leash walking foundation, coming when called, puppy biting, jumping, confidence, socialization, proper play, settle for grooming, and more!
