Our Staff
Dr. Upholt
is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. After two years in the Air Force in Abilene Texas, he opened a mixed practice in Mt. Pocono, PA. After twelve years he sold the practice and moved to Marathon, NY where he and his wife operate a thoroughbred horse farm. After several years of relief work he decided to start a new practice devoted only
to cats. He still has the horse farm and commutes daily to Fayetteville. He has a special intrest in geriatric cats, including several of his own. Christine
Christine started with the Doctor opening day of the practice. She takes care of the cats, the clients, and tries to keep the office on time and running smooth. She lives in Lacona with her husband John, 2 cats (Keira and Mika) and 2 dogs (Luke and Sunny)
Collene
Joined our team in September 2013. As our receptionist/ office administrator she is often the first person our clients will speak to as well as the last. Collene answers the phones, makes appointments, helps fill medication refill requests, calls and sends appointment reminders, checks in patients, and helps complete you visit. Collene lives in Fulton with her husband, 2 of her 3 children, 2 dogs (Mya and Tiberius) 2 cats (Olivia Kitty and Oliver).
