Our next vaccine clinic will be on Saturday, September 12th, from 11 am to 2 pm at Carolina Town & Country! 🐾💉
🐶🐱 We will be offering vaccines for dogs & cats along with flea and tick prevention and heartworm testing and prevention.
📝 Please fill out the following registration form to allow us to get you and your pet pre-entered. You should expect there to be a wait, as it is first come, first served; however, filling out the registration form will greatly reduce your wait:

📋 Once you start filling in the Jotform, prices for each service, prevention, etc., will appear.
📧 Once your pre-registration form has been processed by our staff (this can take a few weeks), we will also email you a payment request.
⚠️ Important Reminders:
🐱 Cats should come in secure individual carriers.
🐶 Dogs should be leashed.
😷 If dogs are aggressive, they need to be muzzled.
👪 Please bring enough people to assist you or contain your pets in your vehicle while you wait. Due to the volume of pets expected to attend this clinic, we will not be able to go to your vehicle to vaccinate your pet, so please be sure that you bring enough help to contain/control your animals.
❤️ Cats will be brought inside by a staff member or volunteer immediately upon arrival to minimize stress from being around dogs. Dogs will wait with their owners.
🚫 If your dog is highly aggressive towards strangers and you are unable to place a muzzle on them, this clinic may not be well-suited for your dog.
⏰ These are high-volume clinics; you should be prepared to wait at least:
✅ 1 hour if you pre-register AND pre-pay
❌ 2 hours if you do neither
