Yesterday was a bittersweet day at the Family Pets salon. 🥹💙

After being such a big part of our grooming family, yesterday was officially the Courtneys’ last day with us. We’re going to miss having them here more than we can say, but we’re so happy for them as they head into their next chapter.

We’re incredibly thankful for all of the dogs they’ve loved, the clients they’ve cared for, and especially all of the memories we’ve made together. They’ve been such a big part of our team and will definitely be missed around here. 🐾

As we say goodbye to the Courtneys, we’re also welcoming Saleste and Sheldon to the Family Pets salon crew. We feel really good about the team we have going forward, and we can’t wait for you all to get to know them.

Cheers to the Courtneys and whatever comes next — and to a new chapter at Family Pets Grooming. 💙🐶✂️

🐾 BIG NEWS — WE’RE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! 🐾

For the first time in a LONG time, our grooming salon is opening our books to new clients! ✂️🐶

With some changes happening within our grooming team, we have a limited number of openings available and would love the opportunity to welcome some new pups into our salon. 💕

✨ New client spots are limited and will only be available for a short time. Once our schedules are full, we’ll be closing our books again!

If you’ve been wanting to get your pup established with us, now is the time!

Hi Family Pets Grooming Fam! 🐾

We have some BIG, BIG changes coming very quickly! Our beloved Courtneys are starting a new adventure and will be moving away at the beginning of October. While we are SO sad to see them go, we are incredibly excited for them and this next chapter! 🤍

As many of you know, they are a VITAL part of our salon, so we are searching high and low for some amazing new team members to join the Family Pets Grooming crew.

For now, we will be scheduling as usual! If you already have an appointment scheduled, please plan to come in at your regular appointment date and time unless you hear from us directly. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, we will reach out to you.

We just ask for a little extra patience and grace as we navigate this big transition and work hard to continue taking the best care of all of our pups and clients. 🐶💕

For those of you who have gotten or are getting a puppy for Christmas, this is your gentle reminder that…

Puppies are HARD!

Puppies are a lot of work and often times, it is not easy. Getting up in the middle of the night, going outside every two hours, puppy proofing and/or realizing you only thought you did, being constantly vigilant. It can be exhausting and very frustrating. I understand.

I want you to remember how CUTE your puppy is. God made him cute so you wouldn’t kill him. 😉

It gets better. I promise. 15 years from now, you will be looking at the sugared face and cloudy eyes of your best friend, and wishing you could do it all over again.

Be patient. With yourself and with your puppy.

This year we are partnering with the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center to collect donations for local rescue and community organizations! Our collection bin will be up in the lobby until December 20th and benefit Big Paws of The Ozarks and Samaritan Community Center!

The supplies listed below are their most wanted items. If you would like to make a monetary donation instead, just let the staff know and we will pass those funds along as well. We hope you'll join us in supporting these awesome organizations this holiday season!
