This week, we’re celebrating **Veterinary Receptionist Week 2026** 💙🐾
Our Veterinary Customer Support Representatives are the heart of our front desk—offering compassion, organization, and a friendly smile every single day. Their loyalty, dedication, and hard work never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they do for our clients, patients, and team.
From left to right, meet our incredible CSRs:
✨ **Kathy** – With us for 15 years, Kathy loves everything cats and books and brings a calm, caring presence to our team.
✨ **Maigan** – Our Team Lead, Maigan joined us about a year ago and is always ready to assist—no matter the situation—with unstoppable energy like a full steam engine train.
✨ **Michelle** – Nearly 3 years with us, Michelle is passionate about helping pets, serves as one of our Spanish translators, and is currently learning ASL to better support all of our clients.
✨ **Christy** – With 20+ years of dedication, Christy is the “mom” of the team. She loves spending time with her furbabies, husband, and daughters.
✨ **Harlie** – Joining us late last year from another local animal hospital, Harlie is working toward her goal of becoming a Veterinary Assistant.
