It is with a very heavy heart that I announce that Always Faithful K9 will be closing its doors. Unfortunately, with the state of the economy and Always Faithful K9 trying hard to be thoughtful with that, it has meant taking a loss that we just can't continue with.

IF you are a previous client of ours, please know that will NOT change. We will honor our contracts and still be here for your future needs, IF any arise.

"The Story of Buddy: From Chaos to Confidence"

When buddy, a young terrier mix, first came to me, his owner was overwhelmed. Buddy was a bundle of energy — pulling on the leash, jumping on guests, and really bitey towards his owner. His owner was at her wits end because she took on the dog when her mom became ill. She wasn't sure she made the right decision.

But here’s the truth I tell every client: there are no bad dogs — only dogs that haven't been taught how to succeed.

During our first few sessions, Buddy was distracted and unruly, but beneath that wild energy, I could see a dog who desperately wanted to understand what was expected of him. Through consistent training, clear communication, and lots of patience, Buddy began to change. We worked on focus exercises, built his confidence through proper leash walking, and even visited his original mom at her new assisted living home.

The breakthrough moment came during his visit at the assisted living home. Buddy was very excitable, but with guidance he was a calm little guy and enjoyed visits from many of the residents there.

Buddy's story is why I do what I do.
Training isn’t about creating a "perfect" dog — it’s about building a relationship of trust, communication, and respect.
Every dog deserves that opportunity.

*Exciting Updates from Always Faithful K9!*

At Always Faithful K9, we’re all about giving our best to every single dog we work with. Over the past few months, we've been evaluating how we can serve you and your furry friends even better. With the way things are going in the world, and so many people still seeking help with their dogs, we want to make sure your pup always comes FIRST.

That’s why, after careful consideration and some personal changes, we’ve decided to temporarily pause our board-and-train programs. We’ll still offer these services on a case-by-case basis if needed, but for now, we’re shifting our focus to something exciting and new!

*Introducing Our 7-Week Group Class: AKC Canine Good Citizen Test Prep!* 🐾

Whether your dog is a purebred or a mixed breed, AKC registration isn’t required to earn your Canine Good Citizen award. This class is open to everyone and will be limited to the first 8 participants. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with your dog in a group setting, while also preparing them for the prestigious AKC CGC test!

Important Changes coming to Always Faithful K9. We are working to be able to help more people with their dogs. With our economy still trying to rebound, we have become aware of how hard that is, and the need for training being just as big of an importance. Stay Tuned, More to Come!
