IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🐕
As many of you know we are not super fast groomers. We take our time on our pups so that each pet has a positive experience. We also dont price gouge when pups need extra time or attention and we pride ourselves on those things. We do our best to time those things when we are booking appointments. However with new traffic issues almost daily and road closures we simply cannot guarantee a specific time for arrival, only an estimated time.
Again we do our very best to arrive on time and we will not compromise quality and attention to our pets that is needed.
We work with senior pups
Puppies, kittens and pets who need an extra bit of care.
If you have a time sensitive appointment please reach out and let us know. We will do our very best to accommodate. We appreciate all of you and the kindness in understanding we do not take breaks hardly ever so we can focus on being there for our pets and pet parents. If you've ever had us there later in the evening, later than usual or you just love that we pamper our pets please give us a shout out! We love what we do and appreciate all of you.
