👻 Spooky season is here! 🎃

Think you can guess how many candy corns are in our jar? Stop by and put your best guess in for a chance to win some awesome swag from Minnesota’s own paranormal investigators and a years’ worth of Simparica Trio (Wellness and Heartworm test does need to be up to date, for non-clients, a prescription from your veterinarian will be required). Competition ends October 30th! ALL GUESSES MUST BE MADE IN PERSON AT THE CLINIC!

Dakota, Alex, and Tanner grew up together in Lakeville. In junior high, they started making YouTube videos. As a young YouTuber, Dakota gained attention from "Ghost Adventures" on the Travel Channel. After winning a contest, he was ultimately hired to work on the hit cable TV show "Ghost Adventures" which gave him the opportunity to travel with the team and investigate haunted locations.

That experience eventually led to Dakota’s own hit Travel Channel series, “Destination Fear.” Along with his sister Chelsea and his two best friends, Tanner and Alex, Dakota traveled the country in an RV, and eventually the world, investigating some of the most notoriously haunted places. To make things even more terrifying, each episode ended with the team sleeping alone in the haunted locations they had just explored! 😱

When “Destination Fear” came to an end, Dakota, Chelsea, Tanner, and Alex weren’t ready to leave their terrifying road trips behind. Instead, they decided to take things into their own hands and continue their paranormal investigations by creating their own show, "Project FEAR,” now featured on YouTube.

So, stop in, make your guess, and see if you can win some “Project Fear” swag and a years’ worth of Simparica Trio (Wellness and Heartworm test does need to be up to date).

If you know, you know, there’s a duck in their show,
Their hidden Easter egg wherever they go.
Now check our candy jar and look around,
You might find their little duck hiding around!

🍬 Good luck and beware of what might be hiding in the jar! 🐤

We are proud sponsors of Woo Woo Pawlooza, put on by Adopt A Husky Minnesota! 🐾

If you’re looking for a pup-friendly, fun-filled adventure, head over to Lakefront Park in Prior Lake this Saturday, October 4th, from 10:30am to 1:30pm! The day kicks off with a hike around the beautiful park. After the hike, attendees can check out the silent auction, raffle items, and tons of vendors! Adopt a Husky will provide lunch for registered participants.

The silent auction portion of the event is open now! Click the link below to check out all of the auction items, including the basket we put together! If you would like to bid on any of the auction items, please include "Akin Hills" in your name. That way, if you win, the basket can be brought back to the clinic for you to pick up. Otherwise, winners must be present at the event to pick up their prizes. The auction closes Sunday at 1:30pm.

We hope to see you there!
