She knew every single product we carried — not just what it was, but who it was best for. Her dedication was unmatched, her instincts razor-sharp, and her presence… unforgettable. Madeleine gave her time, her energy, and her heart to this store. And while we miss her deeply every day, her spirit lives on in every detail, every decision, and every joyful bark or purr that fills our space.
