This week (October 18–24) is National Veterinary Technician Week, and we want to take a moment to shine a massive spotlight on our phenomenal SGV Vet Tech Team! 👏🏻

🎉 Happy Vet Tech Week 2026! 🎉
Thank you to our team members who pour their 💚’s into compassionate pet care, treating each patient they care for as if it was their own.
Our techs wear so many hats—expert medical professionals, patient advocates, and a vital support system for our entire staff.
Please help us this week in recognizing the outstanding jobs they do for our patients, their humans, and our coworkers.
If you see a technician, please take a moment to tell them thank you for their endless compassion and expert care!

🎉 Celebrating 30 years of AAHA accreditation AND passing our 3-year AAHA re-accreditation! 🎉
The American Animal Association (AAHA) accreditation is a voluntary, rigorous certification (over 1,000 standards) that shows a veterinary hospital/clinic meets or exceeds nationally recognized standards, ensuring safer, higher-quality, and more consistent care for pets. AAHA is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the US. Only 15% of U.S. veterinary hospitals/clinics have earned it. Congratulations to the SGV team on their dedication to quality care and upholding the standards of care for our 🐶 🐱 furry friends. 🐾 🩷💙 🐾

!!!OWNERS FOUND!!! 🐾 ❤️ 🐾 thank you to the good cemaritan who helped reunite Pwet with his family! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Is this your baby? This sweet little gentleman was found at Walmart in Dilworth around 12pm and brought in and checked for a microchip today. We did not find a chip but we did give a couple treats and lots of love. He will be going to the FM pound if the owner isn’t located by the end of the business day today. If this is your little man please call us for info.

“Rosie” illuminated her family’s life by wandering into their yard and subsequently capturing their hearts. She resides with her 2 humans and 4 big dog siblings. Estimated to be about 6 months old. She is the sweetest kitten and was ecstatic for her Churro and cheese treats.
“Rufus” is an endearing basset hound puppy who won over our hearts with his gentle nature, soulful eyes, and irresistible ears and feet! He basked in the snuggles, treats, and showered us with the most tender puppy kisses!
