🐾 Celebrating Our Amazing Veterinary Assistants 🐾

This week we recognize the incredible hard work, heart, and dedication of our veterinary assistants — the people who keep the hospital moving, comfort our patients, support our team, and somehow manage to do it all at once.

Taylysha is often a one-woman force of nature, jumping in wherever needed with compassion, determination, and a can-do attitude that never goes unnoticed. Whether helping patients, supporting doctors and technicians, she gives her all every single day.

Paige may be newer to our team, but she is already showing tremendous promise. Her willingness to learn, positive attitude, and care for our patients have made a wonderful impression, and we are excited to watch her continue to grow.

While balancing her rigorous studies on the path to becoming a veterinarian, Jocelyn joins us as a dedicated veterinary assistant during her off time and school breaks. She’s not here too often, but when she is, her presence surely is noticed. She is an indispensable help to the team, and we can’t wait to see her finish her journey as a DVM!

Veterinary assistants are an essential part of veterinary medicine, and we are incredibly thankful for everything these two do for our patients, clients, and team. 💙🐶🐱

They juggle ringing phones, urgent appointments, emotional clients, and busy schedules—all while showing compassion, patience, and genuine care.

Our receptionists do so much more than check you in. They:

• Help guide pet owners through difficult decisions
• Keep our days running smoothly behind the scenes
• Offer comfort when it’s needed most
• Build lasting relationships with our clients and their pets

Their role is essential—not just to our hospital, but to every pet and family we serve.

We are beyond grateful for their dedication, kindness, and the countless ways they support our team every single day.

As of 5:00pm, the hospital is only accessible from Bedford street. Currently, both 17th and 18th street have bot been plowed and there is no access from Pleasant street.

From monitoring anesthesia to comforting nervous pets (and their owners), our techs play an essential role in every part of what we do. Their teamwork, knowledge, and commitment help keep our hospital running smoothly every single day. Shout out to Nikki CVT and Felicia CVT, MLT! 🌟🎉
