Hello everyone! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself! I’m Bria, the newest addition to Shear Magic Grooming! 🐾✂️☺️ i also want to say how thankful I am to be doing something I truly love. Dogs have always had a special place in my heart, and getting to spend my days making them feel good, look good, and giving them lots of love is something I’m so grateful for. 🥰
I genuinely care about making each pup feel comfortable and loved while they’re with me. Every dog is different, and I love getting to know each one of their little or BIG personalities✨☺️

Surgery went very well. Take a week to get pathology report. To determine next step I know radiation for sure. Hope they find no evasive cancer cells. Then may need chemo and possibly more surgery. Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. I HAVE BEST CLIENTS !

Have a date for my lumpectomy. April 8. If all goes well be down 2-3 weeks. But unfortunately everything is dependent on on the pathology report. How much Radiation will depend on it and small chance another surgery. So all in all good news. I’m just ready for this to get done. If you have appointments in that time frame I will be calling you in the next few days to reschedule. I did leave few days open for this reason. May be a week earlier or one later. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes. Means a lot to me.

To those that have been calling for appointments. This has been very hectic. My Mother been in hospital twice pace maker damaged her heart so she living with me since December.
On top of that I got diagnosed with breast cancer a week ago. I will be going to Duke 3/11/2026 to see Doctors on my treatment plan. So with that I’m not scheduling any new appts. For I’m almost already full for March before getting this news. I’m sorry for this inconvenience. I’m very grateful for my loyal customers for staying with me thur all these changes. I will post when I get more info on treatment plan.

Hello folks,
Been a long 6 months of recovery. I’m still doing physical therapy once a week. I’m going to be back grooming full time on January 3rd 2024. A little slower. Doctor said be long time, before hopefully be back to normal use. So I’ll be scheduling appointments for grooming starting the 1st. I do have some appointments already scheduled for next week. Will be great to be back working and seeing my furry clients again.
I like to thank all my clients for the well wishes and cards. They where very much appreciated.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a prosperous and healthy New Year.

We have been very busy at shop. It’s been hard to keep up with text ,phone and messager. If you could call shop or text shop number 919-658-2576 to make appointments that be great. I don’t have messager installed on shop phone so most time I’m not at appointment book to do those appointments. So if you could please contact the shop number by call or text. And with my up coming surgery Megan won’t have access to messager. Thank you

As some of you may already know. I’ll be having shoulder surgery June 1st. I have hired a groomer and she’s been with the shop several weeks now. And by the time I have my surgery it be about 3 months. Her name is Megan and things are gooding very well. She won’t be able to do as many dogs a day as I do but I have 40 some years under my belt. I’ll be here at shop to couch her Thur the days I’m not able to groom. I hope that my customers will be relieved that the shop will still be open with the same level of service. I want to thank all of my clientele for your many years of letting me care for your precious pets. And I hope to for years to come.
