This might be an unpopular opinion…
But I think we’ve set a higher standard for our dogs’ health
than we have for our own.
We:
✔️ research their food
✔️ prioritize gut health
✔️ invest in supplements
✔️ adjust routines based on behavior
But for ourselves?
We grab what’s convenient.
We ignore what feels off.
We settle for “good enough.”
And I get it—life is busy.
But I also think something is shifting right now.
People are starting to realize:
👉 you don’t have to wait until something is wrong to start taking care of your health
You can be proactive.
You can support your body daily.
You can feel better on purpose.
That’s what’s been pulling me into this whole biohacking space—
not as a trend… but as a smarter way to live.
And what’s interesting is…
there’s also a business side to this that’s still really early.
Which makes sense—because when something actually works,
people talk about it.
I’m still in learning mode,
but if you’re someone who:
• cares about health
• likes natural solutions
• or is curious about where wellness is heading…
this is something worth paying attention to.
Comment CURIOUS and I’ll send you what I’ve been exploring.
