Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy

I completely understand that things happen and plans can change! I’m always here to work with you if it’s an emergency! However, grooming appointments are reserved specifically for your pup, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to fill that spot.
✨ CANCELLATIONS
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

🐶 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW
• Missed appointments without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
• A $15 late fee will apply to appointments where you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
• Arriving late may also mean I cannot guarantee your pup can still be groomed that day, depending on the schedule.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time! If there are any questions about my policies please don’t hesitate to reach out.
