🚨 ‼️ URGENT: SC SHELTER OVERFLOW — THEY ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME ‼️🚨

We can save them, but ONLY if you help us bring them home.

Every single day, Velma and Tatum sit in a high-capacity shelter in South Carolina, watching visitors walk past their kennel doors. They’ve been waiting for so long... and as the shelter fills up, their time is rapidly running out. 💔

We have transport lined up to bring them safely north to NY, but we CANNOT pull them without committed FOSTERS or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT homes! ❤️‍🩹

About Her: Fully vaccinated and Heartworm negative! Sweet Velma gets along great with both dogs AND cats. She’s gentle, loving, and just wants a warm place to rest her head.

Age: 5 Years Old | Weight: 58 lbs
Breed: Hound Mix
About Him: Fully vaccinated and dog-friendly! Tatum is a happy, playful boy who loves splashing in water and enjoying life despite being stuck behind bars for far too long.

✨ Meet Sparkle ✨

And yes, her name really does fit her. This little girl is basically a ball of fluff, personality and puppy energy. 🐾

Sparkle is a 10-month-old terrier mix who loves to play, explore, chase toys and just be her crazy self. She’s sweet, affectionate, curious and eager to please.

She’s still a puppy, which means she’s learning all the important stuff - potty training, crate training, manners, and how to be the very best version of herself. She just needs a family willing to keep showing her the ropes.

Sparkle gets along with kids, dogs, AND cats, so she’s ready to find the family who will let her grow up surrounded by love. ❤️

While everyone is falling in love with the puppies, we think it’s time Mama Ruby gets a little attention too. ❤️

Ruby is 4 years old and she’s just a really, really good dog.

She’s house trained, past the puppy chaos and genuinely one of those dogs who is happy just being near her person. She’ll lay her head in your lap, hang out while you work, chew on a bone, or happily enjoy a good snack.

She still loves walks, playtime, exploring and getting outside. She’s smart, listens well and with some consistency and patience, she’ll continue learning and growing.

There’s something pretty special about adopting an adult dog. You get to see their personality, their quirks, and exactly who they are - and Ruby is already pretty awesome.

She may not be the youngest dog here, and she may not be the one everyone notices first.

But she could be the one who becomes your dog.❤️

EIGHT dogs. EIGHT forever homes. And one VERY happy rescue! 🐾🎉❤️

Yesterday was everything we hope for at an adoption event - happy dogs, smiling faces, wagging tails, and 8 of our amazing pups officially heading home with their families! 🥹🐶

There’s nothing better than watching a dog who has been waiting for their chance finally meet their people. These are the moments that make all the hard work worth it!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and supported our dogs, and especially to our incredible fosters & volunteers. You are the ones who make this possible every single day. Opening your homes, giving these dogs love and stability, helping at events, spreading the word and cheering them on until they find their forever families. ❤️

And guess what? We’re doing it again! 🎉

Just look at Petunia with her babies!!

There’s something so special about watching a mama finally get to feel safe enough to relax, play and enjoy her babies.

When a mom comes to us with her little ones, we make sure she has a safe place to raise them, time to settle in, and the love and care she deserves. Because taking care of her babies is a big job and we want her to know that someone is taking care of her, too.

Petunia and all of her babies are now looking for families of their own. 🐾

They’ve had their safe place to grow together. Now they’re ready to find the people who will love them for the rest of their lives. ❤️
