This is what healing looks like!

Not long ago, Lucky Charms was recovering from his injuries and taking life one day at a time. Today, he's fully healed, playing, cuddling, and showing off the sweet, goofy personality we've fallen in love with.

His second chance wouldn't have been possible without the support of HAIN Rescue Fund, who pledged $1,500 toward his medical care. Because of them, Lucky got the care he needed and the opportunity to start this next chapter.

This is what community looks like.

Jetson is the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much.

A quiet place to land.
A little patience.
Someone gentle enough to let him open up in his own time.

After losing the person he knew for years, he’s still learning how to navigate this new chapter. But even now, there’s something incredibly sweet and steady about him.

The shelter can be overwhelming for dogs like Jetson. What he really needs is a soft place to exhale.

Lucky Charms 🍀

If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, slightly goofy best friend… this is your guy.

He’s about 2 years old, endlessly happy, and the kind of dog that just wants to make you smile. The bunny hops, the clumsy moments, the way he looks at you for approval… it’s all part of his magic.

✔️ Knows sit, down, and crate
✔️ Sleeps quietly in his crate
✔️ Dog-friendly
✔️ Trained on verbal + hand signals

Lucky was hit by a car before coming to us, and while he’s healed, he’s left with a an absolutely adorable limp… which honestly just makes him even more endearing.

He also almost didn’t make it out of the shelter. He was a staff and volunteer favorite, and when he ran out of time, we knew we had to step in.

Now he’s here, safe, happy, and ready for his actual forever home.

Because of his energy and coordination, he’d do best in a home that understands boundaries and active dogs who are still learning (he can be a little mouthy when excited). If you have experience with that, we’re happy to chat. Otherwise, we don’t recommend a home with kids under 5.

That said, every home is different, and we always want to connect and learn more. There’s no one-size-fits-all here.

If you’re looking for a dog who will make you laugh, love you endlessly, and bring a little extra joy into your life… Lucky Charms is your guy.
