We also mill other olives for clients with our commercial-grade olive mill and offer opportunities for individuals with small amounts of olives to mill with us on community milling day in October & November. IL Fiorello's tasting room is open daily at 11am, 1pm, 3pm. Dehydrating peppers is one of the best ways to ensure you have some delicious flavors, even during the cooler months of winter...yup, we weren't there.

Fast, fresh, and slightly unconventional! 🌶️⚡🫒

From farm to plate in under 4 hours! We picked these fresh peppers right from our garden, washed them, and roasted them up for maximum flavor.

To get them nice and perfectly charred, our team brought out a little secret weapon: a A drill for quick prep, followed by a generous drenching in our Il Fiorello Extra Virgin Olive Oil to get them delightfully soft and toasty!
