JUST A REMINDER- when you book an appointment and can’t make that appointment Please be courteous enough to call and cancel 24 hr in advance so we can fill that spot. When you NO SHOW or choose not to call us to cancel, our groomers DO NOT get paid as they are commission based. You will also be charged $40 NO SHOW fee on your next visit.

That being said we understand emergencies happen BUT oversleeping and forgetting is not an acceptable reason.

We also have the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late because that will put us behind for the next customer who showed up for there
appointment on time which in turn throws off the rest of the day!

We pride ourselves on the service and safety of your pet!

DAYCARE CLIENTS

Starting immediately we need to know what days you are planning or not planning on bringing your pup. If you come on regulars days and are NOT bringing them please let us know so I can adjust our staffing. With these extreme temperatures 🥵we are taking extra precautions to keep your pets safe. They are inside in the air conditioned daycare area and let out periodically to potty so that no one is overheated. This also is the same in extreme cold 🥶weather. Again if you are on a regular schedule , If you choose to leave your pet home in extreme weather or other reasons please let us know so we can adjust the scheduling. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. We appreciate you trusting us with your babies!❤️🦮🐕‍🦺🐾

Just FYI- we are currently booking a couple weeks out at both locations so Please plan accordingly for your pets appointments.
Saturday appointments are about 3 weeks out at our North location and almost 6 weeks out for our South location. We are currently looking to hire a couple more groomers so hopefully we can open up some more spots if we can find the right fit for our team.

No, We cannot “squeeze” your pet in when we are fully booked. The groomers already are working very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of but they can only do so many safely in a day. Safety is our number one priority with your pet! Thank you for understanding and planning accordingly!

Also we do still do walk in nail trims during the week but understand you may have to wait a few minutes for the groomers to stop grooming the dog on their table and put away. Saturday nail trims you must call to make appointments for nail trims as that is our busiest day.

Due to the abundance of Nail trims on Saturdays and how busy our groomers are , we are asking for you to call and schedule nail trims on Saturdays. We will still be accepting walk-ins Tuesday through Friday. thank you for your understanding
