Fig's Flora & Fauna Fig's specializes in tropical plants for home decor and terrariums.

As well as custom soil mixes and plant supplies, a small assortment of isopods, bioactive supplies, and the occasional foster exotic pet looking for its forever home.

The Frog Guy has cork branches, flats, and rounds now in stock at Northern Exotics. More spiders and some gorgeous enclosures in stock from AK Spoods, and some tarantulas from The Critter Vault!

Look at all this STUFF! You guys are making a literal dream come true! I have stocked isopods, dried botanicals for aquarium/terrariums, arid/desert substrate, forest floor(tropical and temperate!) substrate, terrarium substrate, my flake soil, isopod/millipede substrate, LECA, New Zealand long fiber sphagnum moss, and my houseplant potting mix!
You already bought out the last of my leaf litter, but more is on the way!

Some big things are happening!
There's a selection of Fig's stuff in Northern Exotics thats opening up in Fairbanks!

Plants(of course!), a pretty good selection of soil mixes, terrarium/aquarium botanicals, and isopods are in and waiting for the soft opening this Thursday!
Several vendors are in and ready, and some more will still be trickling in over the next few weeks as they finalize things.

This store front is a co-op of many local small exotic pet/supply businesses and gives Fairbanks a place to get supplies and locally-bred animals without having to search for and coordinate meeting up with all of the different local suppliers.

I am beyond excited to see this happen and watch it thrive!
