I hate asking for help but due to financial issues, i’m stuck…
Hello, I am Sam Devine and everyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs. I’ve had Raelynn for 8 years now, and she’s the first dog I ever got on my own in my adult life. She’s been in great health these past few years, and the only thing she’s been in need of is a dental. That being said, I was supposed to get her dental done with my federal tax refund, but I ended up getting screwed by the state I lived in, saying I owed them money from 2020.
Anyhow, this morning, February 23, 2026, upon waking up, Raelynn’s whole side of her face was swollen. I had given her Benadryl in hopes it was just an allergic reaction, but it’s still completely swollen. I need to get her into the vet and get her dental done and get her checked out. If anything were to happen to her, I would be devastated. I hate asking for help and usually do anything to make her ends meet and do things on my own, but I really need help right now. The dental I was going to take her to was through Low Cost Jasper County, which provides transportation to a vet a little further, but if the swelling persists, I will need to take her to a more local vet.
