Responsibilities
* Safely and compassionately handle and restrain animals.
* Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care.
* Prepare and assist with laboratory tests and specimens.
* Clean and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment.
* Maintain accurate patient records and use computer systems for documentation.
* Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with reception duties.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Follow all instructions, safety procedures, and animal-care protocols.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
* Assist the veterinary team with additional duties as needed.
