We offer agility classes for all levels! Our Agility: Introduction class is perfect for teams wanting to try the sport for this first time! Handling Basics is for teams who have some foundation and are looking to improve their skills even further! More advanced teams can take advantage of our Advanced Coursework classes! We also offer agility ring rentals if you think you need more practice in between classes. Sign-up online to get started!

Spots available! Class started this past week but we still have spots left! The first class is only orientation so there is still time to hop in!

Does your dog bark and lunge at other dogs on walks? 🚨 If so, Calming Chaos is the class for you! Calming Chaos is a specialized dog training program for our reactive friends.

Our Monday class is FULL, but we have a class on Thursday at 6:15pm that has spots available!

This is a 7 week linear class, that started the week of 8/6. Limited to 4 dog and handler teams, this class is designed to set you up for success.

It’s time for a training tip! 🐕

When working on place training with your dog you want to slowly start to make it more like the real life situation you want to use it in. Once your dog will reliably go to the mat and lay down, start rewarding your dog for the 3 D’s (Duration, Distance, and Distractions) separately. Next graduate to working on more than one D at a time. (Duration & Distance, Duration & Distractions, etc) When your dog is ready for a little more of a challenge start to make it more “real life”. Pretend to work on your computer while rewarding your dog, pretend to be busy in the kitchen while rewarding your dog, or even eat a meal while rewarding your dog. From there you can start to choose more challenging situations and environments depending on the success of your dog.
