Please donate to our small rescue. What would a holiday weekend be without a medical emergency? Sadly, in rescue, at least for us, it seems we never get to spend time relaxing with family but in a vet ER fighting to save a life. And once again, late yesterday, one of our sweet, loving, friendly, and happy foster kittens went down. Sadly, little Saoirse didn’t make it and passed early this morning. She was at Red Bank in Hillsborough, and their costs are beyond expensive, so we are hoping to raise some funds to help us with this unexpected and unfortunate emergency. We will never deny an animal the help it needs, and emergency vets are sadly the only option after hours. We paid up front before leaving last night $3,100.00, and our girl still passed. We are currently on a complete hold and cannot take in any more animals until we catch up on resources…we are barely treading water right now and praying hard our current crop of kittens and cats (over 35 right now!) stay healthy! Thank you, as always, for the support. And please take a moment to acknowledge and remember this sweet kitten. She was only on this Earth for a short time but she was loved and she mattered.
