Hi! My name is Charlie and I am looking for a forever home. Me and my friend were surrendered to a small rescue after our owners claimed we were "chasing chickens" and said they no longer wanted us. A volunteer with that rescue contacted BCAA to see if they could help us and they said yes! I appear to be a dachshund mix (no telling what that mix might be!), am only around 1 year old but past all of that puppy foolishness and I weigh a little over 21lbs, not too small but not too big. I love getting attention even more than getting treats (but I won't turn one down!). I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't bothered those things called cats that I've encountered. I have done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of bedding. I'm good on leash and enjoy going on walks as it means I get to be with you and out on an adventure. Kibberly is a happy, young, a fun loving dog. She's friendly with other pups and participates in play group. The volunteers at ACCT have only wonderful things to say about her

But- her life is about to be cut short. Due to over crowding, Kibberly is scheduled to lose her life tomorrow morning UNLESS we can find a way to help her. Kibberly needs a long term foster. She also has a torn CCL and will need surgery so we have to raise at least $6000 to get surgery on her leg

We are looking for people to pledge towards her surgery. A pledge is basically a promise to pay. If we are able to get enough money in pledges, we can get her out of the shelter and then we will contact the people that pledged to honor the amount of money that they pledge so we can get this surgery for her as soon as possible. We have been on an intake hold but this girl is tugging at our heartstrings and she needs our help

🐾💉🩺Hello, Family, Friends, & Supporters! Missed out on our APRIL Free Rabies Clinic? No Worries‼️ We will be hosting our next free rabies clinic for our BURLINGTON COUNTY RESIDENTS on MAY 27th, from 3PM ~ 4PM at the Emergency Services Building‼️

⚠️Please NOTE: EVERY CLINIC DATE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE! Please check in with us periodically on Facebook or subscribe to our Clinic Updates via our County website to stay updated on any changes‼️
⚠️We ask that you arrive NO EARLIER than 2:50PM, as we will not begin receiving the community until 3PM.

🧾📃If you have proof of the prior vaccination, please bring that documentation with you so that you may qualify for a 3-YEAR vaccination instead of a 1-Year💉‼️
If you have a challenging pet, we ask that you let us know ahead of schedule, BEFORE you arrive, and remain in your vehicle until we call you inside.
