Pre-entries are now open on the Rodeo Results app for our Summer Ignites Race on June 19th-21st (this weekend). Please read before entering, and if you have any questions still, feel free to message our page!
-Pre-entries are provided for whoever would like "first dibs" on certain draw numbers or those who want to ensure their horses are as spaced out as possible if running multiple. When entering, please put which draw number you would like to be at in the "Special Requests" box and I will put you at that number, or if it has already been requested, I will put you at the closest number to it. The pre-entry draw will be published on Thursday at 6PM once pre-entries close.
-Pre-entries are available for Open, Youth, Adult, and Masters Barrels classes each day, along with Open Poles. All other classes will be on-site entry only. Trainers will also be available on-site only to ensure everyone is present for their trainer(s) in order to help the trainers flow as smoothly as possible! If you choose to pre-enter the above classes and sign up for trainers at the race, you will NOT be charged another office fee. Just let us know you've already pre-entered so we can be sure you are not charged twice!
-We will use the same sheet/card entry format at the race as normal, so if you pre-enter, I will already have your name written on the sheet and cards made. You will not need to come up to the entry booth unless you are wanting to enter other classes, nor make cards for the classes you've pre-entered for.
-You may have to add your last name or a number behind your horse's name when entering, as sometimes the system says a name is already taken. This is not something we can help on our end, but those are some work arounds we have learned!

Reminder: There is NO "late fee" for entering at the race, and pre-entries are completely optional.
