Pet Coach to the Rescue Welcome to the PCttR Family we are a small group of trainers that believe that our pets are family.

At Pet Coach to the Rescue, we believe every dog deserves to live a healthy, happy life with loving and responsible owners. Our mission is to create a strong partnership between you and your dog through education, nutrition, socialization, and training. We offer friendly, force-free training by certified professionals for all breeds and ages of dogs in Everett, WA.

🐾 **THROWBACK TO THE TINY LEASH GREMLINS!** 😂🐶

Remember when the leash was a chew toy, every smell was a breaking news story, and walking in a straight line was apparently WAY too much to ask? 🤣

This throwback to puppy class is all about learning to **loose leash walk!** 🦮✨

Because walking nicely on a leash doesn't magically happen when those adorable little fluffballs grow up. It takes practice, patience, communication, and teaching our puppies that staying connected to their humans is actually pretty awesome!

We’re building the foundation NOW so those future walks can be less *“I’m being dragged by a tiny furry maniac”* and more *“Look at us, strolling like civilized members of society!”* 😂🙌

🐾 **Little paws. Big lessons. Better walks ahead!**

🎉 Congratulations to these two holiday hooligans-in-training!
Session ✌️ and they’re already acting like they’ve got joint custody of the backyard. First a confidence‑building walk, then a supervised playdate in my yard where they practiced sharing space, reading vibes, and not acting like chaotic cousins at Thanksgiving dinner.
They’re learning the Pet Coach to the Rescue way — calm greetings, respectful sniffing, and play that doesn’t turn into a WWE holiday special. Tail wags? On point. Body language? Chef’s kiss. Future family gatherings? About to be so much smoother thanks to these two putting in the work.
Here’s to holiday harmony, well‑mannered pups, and families who refuse to let dog drama ruin the mashed potatoes. 🐾🔥🎄

🌿 Big Wins for Laney! 🌿

To most people, this might look like “just hanging out in the front yard”…
but for Laney, this is huge.

This sweet girl is naturally skittish — people, dogs, sudden sounds, even the world outside her front door can feel overwhelming. So during our first session, we introduced decompression walking right in her front yard, with one very important rule:

✨ Laney could run back into the house anytime she wanted.

The house is her safe zone. Her sanctuary. Her “I can breathe here” space.
And today… she chose to stay outside.
She sniffed. She explored. She watched the world from a distance.
She stayed.

Our current goal is to help her expand that sense of safety from the house → into the yard → and eventually into the world beyond. And this moment? This tiny snapshot of calm curiosity?

It’s the first brick in building that confidence.
And we are SO proud of her. 💛🐾

Zoey and Bear out here acting like they’re the founders of Puppy Class, casually chilling outside Starbucks like public‑manners icons.

But don’t let the calm, “we’re just vibing” photo fool you — Puppy Class is where we build those out‑in‑the‑world manners for real.

The wiggles.
The sidewalk distractions.
The “OMG A LEAF” moments.
The “I must greet every human in a 40‑foot radius” energy.
We work through all of it — with structure, laughs, and tiny victories that turn chaos puppies into confident little pros.
