We try to keep a quiet work environment for your pets. This makes the grooming process so much easier on your pets and us. When clients arrive late, it makes us late for incoming clients.

Due to no fault of our own, we need to close the salon today. We were told water needs to be used at a bare minimum today. I received this notice today. Clients will be called and rescheduled.

I do want to add. The project manager did reach out and apologize to me. He also stated that businesses were suppose to be notified 24 hrs in advance and calls will made to see where the ball was dropped.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused our clients today.

We have an extremely busy day today. We have limited kennel space available. Clients are required to be on time dropping off today and need to pick their pets up within 30 minutes of being text or called. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be prompt when picking up your pets. We try to work as close to one on one as possible with your pets. This makes for a low stress environment and keeps pets safe! We dont love kenneling dogs. It stresses them out and they bark all day.

Boarding fees will apply if prior arrangements haven’t been made for pick up. If you need more time for pickup, please let me know at drop off and we’ll see what can be agreed upon.
