Yesterday I got to work with the cutest boy Hoosier! We worked on off, leave it, stay, and a couple other things! I think hoosier did amazing and was so sleepy by the time we were done!

🐾 EXCITING NEWS! 🐾

I’m so excited to officially share that The Ruff Cut Training Co. is partnering with It Takes A Village No Kill Rescue! 🤎

Through this partnership, I’ll be volunteering my time to work one-on-one with select rescue dogs to help build their confidence, improve their manners, and teach valuable skills that can help prepare them for life in their future homes.

But it doesn’t stop at adoption! 🏡

When one of the dogs I’ve worked with finds their forever family, their adopter will also receive a FREE 45-minute training session with me so I can show them what their new dog has learned, go over the commands we’ve been working on, and help make the transition into their new home a little smoother.

I’m incredibly excited to combine my love for dog training with the opportunity to give back to dogs in our community who are still waiting for their person. 🐶🤎

I’ll be sharing some of the dogs I get the privilege of working with, their progress, and of course celebrating when they find their forever homes!

Here’s to stronger skills, smoother transitions, and more successful adoptions. 🐾🏡

I got to work with Riley today on leash walking, not jumping on people, and stay! She is so so smart, I already groom her but I very much enjoyed getting to work with her on training.

I promise to try to be much better about taking videos and pictures of my training sessions!

We worked on biting and teaching leash pressure with Arlo! He is a very active puppy but I have high hopes that as he grows he will come to understand that hands are not food 🤪 I love him!

I’ve gotten to do a training session and Arlos first grooming and he’s such a cutie 😊

ANNOUNCEMENTS! 📣📣📣

🐾Later this evening I’ll be posting my new training programs and pricing

🎉A training session giveaway to kick off me graduating on Friday and to get some word out about me being able to offer training now! 🎉

🐾I’m fully booked the month of August for grooming. Starting now I will only be working every other Saturday not every saturday. But appointments thought the week will remain the same. Everyone who already has appointments set will remain, but for anyone in the future, Saturdays will not be available for last minute bookings!

🦴For grooming, I have a 30 minute training session add on for an extra price. These will NEED to be prebooked since it adds time to your appointment. If you’d like to see if I have time, don’t be scared to ask!

🐾My training packages will be half payment upfront and other half, halfway through the training sessions. All payments will be non refundable. Hourly and 30 minutes sessions will be payment upfront. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a non refundable cancellation fee.

🦴All training sessions will need to be prebooked, even for packages! We can schedule all in advance or half at a time!

I can’t wait to meet some new pups and start training. It has been such an experience and I’m so excited I can offer training now!
