"The mushroom shack", our nickname for our farm, is 100% local to the tri-state area and more specifically Evansville, IN. We are NOT a store which confuses a lot of people and leaves people wondering where they can purchase our mushrooms and other merchandise.

We pride ourselves on our flavors and quality: Cherry Teriyaki, Orange Habanero, Carolina BBQ and Naughty Pickle. Cost: $6.00 a bag and they sell out fast! We have had a lot of interest in people wanting to tour the mushroom shack. Unfortunately we do not offer tours at this time. But who knows that may change in the future! One day we may even offer classes... 🍄 ✌️

Opening day of the Franklin Street Bazaar is in the books! 💛

It was so great seeing all of you again. One thing you don’t really realize until winter hits is just how much you miss the friendships made over the summer months. Even though Woods & Stems stays busy year-round, the people we meet and the connections we make at the bazaar truly are one of the best parts of it all.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today, supported us, chatted with us, and welcomed us back for another season. We’re excited for all the weekends ahead! 🍄

First event of the year in the books! 🍄

Huge thank you to Seton Harvest for having us — we had such a great time! If you haven’t already, go check out their event shirts. It’s not too late to grab one, and it supports a great cause!

Now onto the next adventure… The Franklin Street Bazaar officially starts THIS Saturday, May 30th, and we’re excited to kick off another season with all of you!

We’ll have fresh mushrooms, our extracts, coffee, spice blends, and some new additions this year — including our new Reishi Extract and the return of Turkey Tail Extract. 🍄✨

We’re also hoping to bring along our new Mushroom Shack grow kit so people can check it out in person and place preorders!
