Caught the babies sleeping in a cute pile this morning. They are so adorable and are still together all the time. Sunny was standing guard over them. It would be amazing if they could all be adopted together.

Good Evening all. Arrival day has come to a close. We are all set to officially start Horse Fair tomorrow. Duncan and Stryder are all tucked in for the night. We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend. We are in Pavilion 2 stalls 3001 and 3002. And we will be in the Coliseum in booth C-18. Come and say Hi.

Duncan will be in the Grand March tomorrow at 12:45. Here is the Video of him and Ariana at the dress rehearsal this evening. Have a great night.

Hello, all sorry, we've been trying to keep you guys updated as the day has gone.But our posts have not been posting, so here's the one we did first thing this morning.It is after all it is Arrival day at Horse Fair today we are here.The horses are in the stalls.We hope to see you guys this weekend.

4/8/26 Let's meet Sunny.

Was rescued from the killpen at the last minute by a couple Angel Donors. They named her Sunday Rose. She is a 25 yr old Belgian Mare. She was born and raised on an amish farm, used as a tractor. They dumped her at the killpen when she was 22, because she couldn't keep up with the younger horses.

Getting dragged from the only home she had ever known, and dumped at auction was very traumatic for her. When she arrived she was terrified, and didn't want anything to do with people. But with patience she came around pretty quickly. Now she is one of the first horses to come up to you, and she loves treats.

Let's meet Meric again. He was our first kill pen rescue. He is a 30+ year old standardbred, and is super fast. He doesn't have any functioning teeth, so needs a mash diet only. But he looks great for his age. He is a permanent resident due to his age and special needs.

We are pleased to announce our participation in the upcoming Midwest Horse Fair. Following our successful engagements in previous years, we are especially looking forward to returning and extend a warm invitation for you to visit our exhibit.

This year, we will be proudly showcasing two of our distinguished equines: Stryder, our magnificent Percheron, and Duncan, our impressive Dutch Warmblood. We anticipate a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and share insights into these remarkable breeds. We eagerly await your presence.

Well apparently, our two big babies Royal and Toothless like to go to bed early. The couple of times I have had to work late and don't get to the barn till after 9pm, I have found them sleeping. I caught them laying together sleeping the other night. They are so adorable. It is great to see them so relaxed and happy.

We are looking for Fundraising Help. We need sponsors and donors for our upcoming event at Midwest Horse Fair. We have been granted a table right at the Coliseum entrance, where we will be selling raffle tickets, and spreading the word about our rescue and the horses we have helped. A couple of our horses will be onsite as well.

This opportunity has the potential to turn everything around for us. 60,000 people came to Horse Fair last year. We will be able to reach so many new people, and share our mission.

Merry Christmas Everyone! I hope everyone had a great day. And got to spend time with their loved ones. We are having a good day here so far.

Below is a video with me out with the "main" herd. These horses all got lucky, and found sanctuary with us. WE love these horses, and spend hours everyday making sure they get to live their best lives. But I can't do it alone.

As Christmas comes to a close, please consider donating to these wonderful animals. This allows us to continue giving them the best care possible. And can make sure we can help more horses in the coming year.
