WHO’S READY FOR SEPTEMBER RESCUE DOG YOGA?! 🐶🧘‍♀️

Our next Rescue Dog Yoga session is officially on the calendar, and we’re teaming back up with our friends at Many Miles 2 Home Dog Rescue! ❤️🐶

Join us Sunday, September 13th from 9:30–10:30 AM for an hour of yoga, puppy snuggles, lots of laughs, and some seriously adorable ADOPTABLE rescue dogs! 🥹

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing (🙋‍♀️😂), ALL levels are welcome!

Your Guide Lauren will lead us through a fun, relaxed yoga session while the pups wander around, investigate your yoga mat, request belly rubs, climb in your lap, and most likely make staying in any actual yoga pose completely optional. 🤣

And the best part? A portion of every ticket goes directly to Many Miles 2 Home Rescue, so you get to have an amazing morning AND help support rescue dogs at the same time. 🫶🏽

What a great Puppy Play & Socialization session! 🐾♥️

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and brought their pups to play, learn, and make some new friends!

One of our favorite things about today was seeing so many different puppy personalities in one room. We had the confident social butterflies, the cautious observers, the rough-and-tumble players, the “give me a minute” pups, and everything in between. 😂

And that’s exactly what good socialization is about! It isn’t just puppies running around and playing, it’s learning how to read other dogs, respect boundaries, build confidence, take breaks, and navigate those little moments of uncertainty or tension appropriately. Watching the pups figure each other out and become more comfortable as the session went on was so fun to see. 🥹

We also loved being able to sprinkle in some socialization tips and help owners better understand what their puppies were communicating through their body language and play.

This is exactly why The LaundroMutt + UpDog make such a fun team. 💚🐶 Bringing together a safe space for pups and their people with UpDog’s knowledge and experience gives puppies an opportunity to learn skills that can benefit them for the rest of their lives.
