Dr. Terri Sue had the chance to connect with some wonderful people in holistic veterinary medicine at this year’s AHVMA convention in San Diego, including the team behind one of our favorite pet food brands, Solutions Pet Products, and Margo Roman , a fellow veterinarian whose work focuses on the microbiome.

We love connecting with people who share our passion for animal health, nutrition, and looking at the bigger picture when it comes to keeping our pets well.

If you haven’t checked out Solutions Pet Products yet, be sure to visit Solutions Pet Products ! Their food is the best on the market! 🐾

We’re so grateful for this community and all the opportunities to keep learning from one another.

Nori Lake ❤️ she is a beautiful girl and came to us with a few things her pet parent wanted to take a closer look at.

She’s a very picky eater about what she will and will not eat, but she loves her raw bones and is getting fresh meat and vegetables alongside her regular diet. We’re also introducing a portion of homemade, balanced raw food, bone broth, and supplements to support her overall health and help manage inflammation and stress. 🥕

Nori is also recovering from an injury affecting her back end, with some discomfort and limited range of motion. We’re looking at her nutrition and mineral status as part of her overall recovery plan.

Metabolism, lack of certain minerals, and even inefficient digestion can have an impact on her recovery but we are excited to see her progression and hope to see her fully back and running soon!

Riley came in for her first visit with Dr. Teri Sue.

Her family has been working through some ongoing health concerns, but we’re excited to get to know her and help her family better understand what’s going on with her health.

This is just the beginning of her journey with us, and we’re looking forward to seeing how she does over the next few months. 🐾

Meet Cooper, a beautiful, 18 lb, Maine C**n who we absolutely love having in the clinic

Preventative medicine for this guy includes a basic blood test to monitor cardiac function since hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is prevalent in these bigger cat breeds.
