MAXIMUS is in need of ADOPTION (or rescue transfer) at Siskiyou County Animal Control.

He is fully vetted and 💕allowed to participate in our ever popular 2-week foster-to-adopt program 💕!! He came in to the shelter a terrible mess and received all the medical care needed to make him the gorgeous specimen he is today.

The shelter is at max capacity with a whole new group full of hopeful souls - pushing MAXIMUS up on the 'at risk' list for space. Lets not let that happen!!

You can apply for adoption and meet Max Max through the following link with the shelter, or here by sending a PM. At this stage I do not know if he is 'cat friendly' or 'good with parakeets' - he is in the shelter. What I can tell you is hes a wonderful friendly sweet personality, looks like a lab-pointer mix, is about 1-2yrs old, and is a staff favorite. If he goes home through our 2-week foster program, we would send him home with an xl crate, food, identification, and free 24/7 support by yours truly.

The SCAC adoption fee is just $40 and even if he goes through our foster-to-adopt program we honor the adoption fee. PLEASE LIKE & SHARE to get Max Max home 💃🐾🫶💕!!

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION:

This baby is my hand-picked favorite from a litter of identical snugglemuffin babies. This one wraps his arms around your neck and sits on your hip like a toddler, is very tactile and has endless lovey snuggles, is very soft natured and sweet spirited. I just love him and you will too. Hes currently in foster with our "we dont foster puppies" foster lol, because hes such a sweetheart! Read what they have to say:

"Clank is a happy, social pup who loves people and other dogs. He loves cuddles and has a habit of melting into the floor when you start petting him. He’s house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash. He’s playful, silly, and full of puppy energy, but loves naps just a much. He’s going to be a big boy someday, but for now Clank is fully convinced that he's a lap dog".
