Her growth is stunted, and at 125 #, she is legal in Portland backyards.

This sweet hen is one of two dumped at a park outside Salem. Thanks to Katelynn, a kind woman who has gone out there multiple times to try to capture the hens. This hen is now has a great home with Melissa and her family. Melissa has other rescue animals on her property and did not hesitate to say yes to adopting on very short notice.

Our newest goat Curley went into the OSU Veterinary School Hospital today for a CT scan and evaluation of a large hernia.

Then grabbed lunch at the outdoor buffet outside the hospital.

Curley came home to rest until the surgery is scheduled. We're waiting to get the CT results and surgical plan.
