🔥 Extreme heat notice 🔥

With the extreme temperatures in the coming days, the safety and comfort of the dogs in our care is our top priority.
To help prevent overheating, we will be giving dogs more frequent breaks and may limit continuous use of our high-velocity dryers. Because of this, grooming appointments may take a little longer than usual, and some dogs—especially those with thick or double coats—may go home slightly damp in certain areas.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make adjustments to keep every dog safe and comfortable during this heat wave.

We are officially booked solid for the rest of the year — thank you all so much for keeping us busy and trusting us with your pups! ❤️🐾

To help accommodate as many as we can before the holidays, we will be opening up appointments on December 23rd for both new and existing clients.

Please note:
✨ These appointments are one-time openings and we may not be able to book follow-up appointments.
✨ All December 23rd bookings will be charged time-and-a-half due to the special holiday schedule.

🚨 Appointment opportunities 🚨

Due to some appointment times needing to be changed, we have a few spots open for various days/times. These appointments will be available to pups 20 pounds or less that have visited our salon in the past 6 months. We sincerely appreciate everyone's continued support and trust in our services. At this time, we are in the process of restructuring our appointment availability to enhance the quality and experience of each grooming visit. As a result, our schedule is currently closed to new bookings and existing clients that are not currently booked, with the exception of those who have standing or pre-booked appointments. We thank you for your understanding.

To accommodate this improved service, we will be adjusting our pricing by 18%. This ensures we can continue offering the best care, high-quality products, and a relaxed grooming environment for your pet.

This is extremely helpful information. When a new pup has been added to your household, establishing boundaries early on is key! It sets your pup up for success, not only at home, but with their groomer, veterinarian and even pet sitter.

At Sota Pup Grooming, timely cancellation of your appointment is critical. When an appointment is missed or canceled last-minute, it disrupts our entire schedule, causing delays for other clients and potentially leaving our groomers with unproductive time. We work hard to accommodate everyone, and your cooperation is key in allowing us to provide quality care to all pets. Please understand that cancellations without sufficient notice may result in fees or difficulty securing future appointments.
