A post I have been long awaiting to make… Combs & Collars is finally REOPENING tomorrow! 🥳

Our renovations on our shop are officially completed!! It is beautiful, stunning, bright, and everything I imagined. 🥹 Thank you beyond words to my husband and father in law, they worked their absolute tails off on this place! It is unbelievable and I am completely over the moon!! I cannot wait to welcome you all back into the brand new space!! ✨

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart - to all of our clients for being so patient, supportive and making us feel LOVED. 😭 We had a temporary location change for the month of July, and it was complete smooth sailing! Combs & Collars is everything to my husband and I, and we both dumped our heart and souls into this place. From the ground up we have truly built this little idea into a salon that services hundreds of pups! 🫧

Zack is exhausted and I for one would be happy to never sand, stain or varnish another piece of wood in my life 😂 We both got to sit and just soak it all in for a bit today. There’s still a little to go, exterior siding, exterior fencing, our new kennel bank is on the way, and the driveway needs some revamping - but the big stuff is done!! I couldn’t be happier, Samara and I can’t wait to go to ‘work’ tomorrow!! 🥰

To celebrate, we will be hosting an open house on Saturday, August 29th from 11-1! If you’ve ever thought about giving Combs & Collars a try - we’re now accepting NEW CLIENTS, so stop on out and meet the groomers! After Finnigan’s 3 day romp deep in the woods surrounding Lake Mary, we had the honor of spiffing him up today! 🥰 Lots of dirt and matted fur are gone, and his family is ecstatic to have him home! I think he’s going to sleep for the next week, though!! 💤

We are officially moved into our temporary home at Pampered Pets in Ford River! Starting tomorrow, all July appointments will take place there while renovations at Combs & Collars are being completed. 🛠️ 🚧

We will be transitioning back home to Combs & Collars as soon as possible, no later than August 1st! 🫶🏼

Renovations have been going incredibly smooth, and my husband has truly been breaking his back every single day to make everything perfect. I couldn’t be more grateful for the endless work he’s doing to make the shop come together! I am incredibly blessed to have him! 💞

Thank you all for your patience and support during this exciting transition. SO excited to show everyone the finished shop! 🥰

Samara graciously donated her time yesterday afternoon to help this shelter pup, Scrappy, look and feel his best! He went up for adoption today at Delta Animal Shelter, and we know whoever gets the chance to adopt him will have the sweetest boy to snuggle for many years to come! 💞

As an apprentice, opportunities like this are a great way for Samara to continue building her skills and confidence while making a difference for dogs in need! She is doing a wonderful job growing as a groomer, and I’m so proud of the progress she’s making!! ✂️ 🐾
